Built for businesses that can't afford to wait

Premium Access exists because “we'll get to it” isn't good enough for time-critical shipments.

Who We Are

Priority-first courier service

Premium Access was built around one idea: a courier service should treat every delivery like it matters, because to the business waiting on the other end, it does. We handle same-day and scheduled deliveries for businesses that need dependable logistics without the runaround, including medical practices, law offices, retailers, and e-commerce operations that can't afford a missed window.

Every driver is vetted and trained on chain-of-custody handling for sensitive shipments. Every quote is a real price, not a starting point for negotiation. And every delivery comes with a confirmation trail, so you're never left wondering whether something actually arrived.

We're a growing local operation, not a national chain routing your package through three other cities before it reaches its destination. That means faster response times, a real person answering the phone, and a driver who actually knows the area.

What Sets Us Apart

Not a generic delivery service

Reliability

On-time performance you can build a business around, not hope for.

Real-Time Communication

Status updates from dispatch to drop-off, so you're never left guessing.

Secure Handling

Chain-of-custody protocols for sensitive, regulated, and high-value freight.

Experienced Driver

A vetted, professional driver who treats every delivery like it's their own business.

Certifications

Trained for medical specimen transport

Our driver completes annual courier-specific training from Integrity Medical Courier Training, so medical deliveries are handled to the same standards labs and practices hold themselves to.

  • HIPAA awareness and compliance
  • Bloodborne pathogens and exposure control (OSHA 29 C.F.R. 1910.1030)
  • Safe specimen transportation, specimen integrity, and incident reporting
  • DOT hazardous materials awareness (49 C.F.R. Parts 171–173 and 177)

TWIC credentialed

Our driver holds a TSA-issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), the federal credential required for unescorted access to secure areas of ports and maritime facilities. Freight pickups and drop-offs at the port are no problem.
